crunchy NAMKEEN MATAR (TEA TIME SNACK)


ingredients-
1 cup maida
1/2 cup aata
1 tbs oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ajwain
oil for frying




recipe-
mix both flour , salt and ajwain
add water and knead into a semi soft dough
take small amount of the dough and roll a chapati.
cut long strips out of the chapati.
fry on low heat till brown.
repeat the procedure with rest of the dough.
store in air tight container.

shahi paneer

ingredients-
paneer- 500 gm (cubed)
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 1/2 cup fresh cream
20 cashew nuts
2 cardamoms
salt, red chilly powder (to taste).
turmeric (a pinch)
fresh coriandar leaves.
cooking oil

recipe-
make paste of cashews. set aside.
shallow fry paneer cubes. keep aside
blend together onions, tomatoes and make a fine paste.
heat oil in a pan.
put cardamoms and let them change their colour to brown.
take them out.
now put onion tomato paste and fry till oil separates.
add spices and mix well.
add cashew paste and mix thoroughly.
put cream , mix and add cubed paneer.cover and  let it cook for 2-3 mins.
add half a cup water and cook for a min again.
cover and let it stay for 5 mins.
garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.

masala aalu (dry)

ingredients-
4 big potatoes
1 big onion
1 big tomato
few coriander  leaves
salt, red chilly, turmeric
1/4 tsp dry mango powder(aamchoor)
generous amount of mustard oil

recipe-
cut potatoes in round slices.
make fine paste of tomato and onion with the help of a blender.
heat oil in a nonstick pan.
fry this paste till golden brown.
add all spices in it. mix well. stir till oil separates.
add potato slices and mix well. cook till potatoes are done.
garnish with coriander leaves.
serve with any curry and chapati.

2 Mins. Chocolate CupCake


INGREDIENTS-
3 tsp all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp chocolate powder
1 1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil or melted butter
1 egg or 2 1/2 tsp fresh cream
3 tsp milk
1/4 tsp baking powder

Recipe-
 beat an egg. dissolve sugar in it and add milk. or (if you are not using egg) dissolve sugar in milk and add cream and beat well.
add flour, baking powder n chocolate powder. mix thoroughly.
add  oil and beat to make a smooth batter.
take a microwave safe CUP/MUG.
pour this batter in the mug.
microwave it for 2 mins on 700-750 degrees.
let it stand for 1 min.
yummy cake is ready in no time.

BESAN BURFI & BESAN LADDU




INGREDIENTS-
2 cups gram flour/besan
1/2 cup ghee
2 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 tbs almond flakes

recipe-
Place a pan on gas. add water,sugar and make a sugar syrup. set aside
Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan.
Add besan to ghee and roast ghee on low flame for 15-20 mins.
Besan should change colour to golden brown.
add sugar syrup and mix well. The mixture should leave edges of the pan.
Switch off gas. leave the mixture in the pan for 10 mins.

For Laddu- Take this semi hot mixture and make ping pong balls. let them cool off.
For Burfi-- Spread the mixture on a greased tray.
                  Place almond flakes on the mixture. let it cool down.
                   when it is hard enough , cut diamond shape burfis.

cocktail paneer


ingredients-
250 gm PANEER
2 tsp all purpose flour
1 tsp semolina
1 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
pinch of red edible colour
salt. pepper
dry mint leaves/fenugreek leaves
oil for frying

recipe-
cut paneer in julienne style/ long strips.
mix rest of the ingredients in a plate with just a spoonful of water and make a paste.
marinate paneer pieces with this paste.
cover the plate with tissue. leave it for 20-30 mins.
heat oil in a pan.
lower down the flame and put half of the pieces into the oil. deep fry them.
repeat the same procedure with rest of the pieces.
serve hot with mint chuttny.

penne pasta cooked in veggie peanut paste


ingredients-
1 bowl full of french beans, capsicum, onion and peas
2 green chillies
2 tbs peanuts
1 pkt penne pasta (boiled)
1/2 tsp oregano seeds
salt
1 tsp tomato ketchup
oil

recipe-
put all the veggies, green chillies and peanuts in a bowl.
blend all of them into a thick paste.
keep aside.
heat oil in  a pan. crackle oregano seeds.
put your paste into pan and cook till oil separates.
add salt and tomato ketchup n mix well.
add boiled pasta and 1/4 cup water.
cook on low heat with a cover.
wait till water dries off.
your yummy n healthy penne pasta is ready.

chana cutlet


ingredients-
half cup - black chane (soaked overnight & boiled)
2 potatoes (boiled and mashed)
4 slices of bread
salt, red chilly powder
coriander (chopped)
oil for frying
chat masala

recipe-
mash boiled chane and potatoes.
cut the edges of bread slices and mash them with  a wet hand.
add salt, chilly powder and coriander leaves.
mix well and make small balls of the mixture.
press these balls with hand and make cutlet shape.
deep fry these cutlets.
sprinkle chat masala and serve hot.

aaloo ka halwa (potato pudding)


ingredients-
4 medium sized potato (boiled and mashed)
2 tbs oil or ghee
2 tbs sugar
1/2 cup milk
few raisins and almond flakes
1/2 cup water


recipe-
heat oil in a pan.
add mashed potatos and roast for 3 to 4 mins.
add sugar and keep on mixing.
add water and till water is absorbed.
finely add water and cook till the halwa is smooth.
add raisin and almonds and serve HOT.

VRAT KI TIKKI (NAVRATRI SPECIAL)

INGREDIENTS-
4 medium size potato (boiled and mashed)
2 tsp crushed peanuts
3 tbs vrat ka aata
salt
red chilly powder
anardana (crushed)
oil for frying

recipe--
put all the ingredients in a bowl. add 1/4 cup water.
mix it with hands. make balls out of this dough.
flat these balls with soft hand and give them a shape of tikki.
shallow fry these tikkis.
serve hot with tea.

Nutri Masala & bread


ingredients-
8 slices bread

1 medium bowl- nutrila
3 medium tomatoes (puree)
1 big onion (rings)
2 cloves of garlic(finely chopped)
1/2 tsp pomegranate seeds (anardana)
salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder
1/4 tsp musturd seeds
1/2 tsp corn flour 

oil

recipe-
soak nutri in lukewarm water for 10 mins.
drain water n deep fry nutri chunks.
heat oil in a pan. put mustard seeds and chopped garlic n fry till changes colour.
add tomato puree n cook till oil separates.
add all spices and cook till they emerge in the gravy.
add fries nutri chunks n mix well. add onion rings.
dissolve corn flour in a cup cold water,. mix this water in the gravy.
cook on low flame till the nutri is soft and gravy is smooth and pasty.
garnesh with coriander leaves and butter.
toast bread slices with butter.
serve hot with toasted bread n green chuttny.

MILKY SPONGE CAKE WITH FRUIT TWIST


INGREDIENTS-
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp drinking chocolate (optional)
1/2 cup sugar

fruit twist-
an apple
a tsp sugar
few cherries
few cashew nuts

recipe-
crack eggs in a bowl. add sugar and beat till sugar dissolves.
add all powder ingredients , mix to make a thick pourable batter.
you can add a lil  water if the batter is too thick.
pour batter in a greased microwaveable bowl.
bake it on 180 degrees for 12-15 mins.
put a knife in the cake. if it comes out clean. your cake is ready.
let it stay in microwave to set.

peel and cut apple in small pieces. mix sugar in it and put in in a pan.
cook it on low flame for a minute.
add a little water and cook till the apple pieces are tender, mash manually so that i should  look like a paste.

cut the cake from middle . apply this apple paste on lower piece and cover with upper piece of the cake.
grease this paste on outer part of the cake too.
put some cherries and cashew nuts on the cake and serve.

pasta tomatina


INGREDIENTS-
1 Small bowl pasta
1 tomato - puree
1 onion- rings
1 capsicum rings
1/2 tsp tomato ketchup
chilly sauce (acc. to taste)
oil
salt

recipe-
boil pasta in salted water.
heat oil in a pan .
add onion and capsicum rings, saute and let crisp. take out in a plate.
put a little oil in the pan again.add tomato puree. cook on medium flame till oil separates.
add salt, tomato ketchup and chilly sauce. mix well. lower down the flame.
add boiled pasta and a little water. cover with a lid. let toamto flavour emerge in pasta.
when pasta is done. add crisp onion and capsicum rings and mix well.
SERVE HOT.

masala peanuts (non fried version)

 Masala Peanut / giri pkora is a dry snack that is cooked by deep frying peanuts marinated in gram flour /besan batter. so i tried a very simple non-fried version of the same. it was so yummy that i had a plenty of them and that too without any regrets.


ingredients-
a bowl full of peanuts.
4 tsp of gram flour/besan
salt
pinch of chilly powder
1/2 tsp amchoor/dry mango powder
oregano seeds (optional)

recipe-
mix besan/gram flour with all other dry spices. keep aside.
soak peanuts in water for 30 sec. and drain.
put wet peanuts in a bowl. add beasn mixture and mix. as the peanuts are wet, the mixture will stick to them.
now take a non stick pan and grease it with a lottle oil.
put half of the peanuts in it and roast them till peanuts are crisp. take out in a plate.
roast other half in the same manner. not let all the peanuts cool down.
enjoy with hot tea or coffee.
you can store them for few days in an air tight container.

salsa noodles


ingredients-
1 packet HAKKA NOODLES
1 big tomato (peeled and mashed)
1 big onion (rings)
1 capsicum (rings)
salt
red chilly sauce
soya sauce
cooking oil.
oregano seeds.

recipe-
half boil noodles in salted water. drain water. Spread noodles evenly on a kitchen towel. let noodles dry off.
deep fry noodles in small batches. dont over fry . noodles should should remain tender.
 keep aside fried noodles.
take a non stick pan. put a tsp oil in it. put oregano seeds in it.
 add mashed tomato and cook till it turns into a paste. add salt.
add onion and capsicum rings and Saute.
let onion and capsicum crisp.
add chilly and soya sauce.
mix well and take off .
Spread noodles on a plate n put salsa upon it.
ENJOYYY!!!!!!!!

fried gobhi rolls


ingredients-
wheat flour chapatis or Maida chapatis if you like.
1 cauliflower
1 big onion
2 toamto
1 green chilly
salt, pepper, chicken masala, turmeric.
oil

Recipe-for filling-
Cut Gobhi Florets. deep fry these florets, keep aside.
grind onion, green chilly and tomatoes to make a paste.
take a pan. heat 1 tbs oil .
add onion tomato paste . Add dry spices and cook till oil separates.
add deep fried florets.add a cup of water . cook with a lid up on medium flame.
check if the water dries off.
switch off gas.

take a chapati.
spread some ketchup on it.
put a spoonful of fried gobhi in it and roll.
prick a toothpick to seal the roll. make more rolls .
put a tawa on low heat. place rolls on tawa. Leave them for a min. Take off hot.

instant daal wali puri with khattey aloo


ingredients-
for puri-
1 bowl washed n split moong daal / dhoyi moongi
1 onion chopped
salt, pepper, turmeric.
2 bowl atta / flour dough
oil for frying.

for khattey aalo-
5 half boiled aalu
1 finely chopped onion
2 tomato (mashed)
mustard seeds/rai
salt, chilly powder, turmeric, dry mango powder.
oil

recipe- aaloo-
take a cooker.
put some mustard oil in it. put rai and let it cracker.
add oinion and fry till golden.
add tomato and dry spices. cook till oil separates.
add diced half boiled aalu. add three cups water and pressure cook for one whistle.

puri-
soak daal in water for 5 mins.
take a pan. put two tbs oil .
add chopped onion and fry till golden brown .
add salt, chilly and turmeric. mix well .
add daal and two cups water. put a lid on and cook till water dries off and daal is soft.
when daal is ready. mash this daal with potato masher.
take dough and make small balls of it.
flatten these balls with your hand and put a spoonful of daal in each puri.
make puris out of them.
deep fry all puris.

enjoy puri with aalu Ki sabzi and mango pickle.

PANEER TIKKA (On gas stove)


ingredients-
500 gms- paneer
3Big onions
4 capsicum
3 tomatoes
4 tbs yoghurt
3 tsp ginger garlic paste.
salt, red chilly powder, edible colour (red), chicken masala
cooking oil

Recipe-
cut paneer into big cubes.
cut onions and capsicum in large pieces.
deseed tomotoes nad cut into large pieces.
set aside all the above ingredients.
take a bowl.put yoghurt , ginger garlic paste and all dry spices according to need.
put all the veggies except paneer into this bowl and marinate them well.
take out veggies in a plate.
now marinate paneer cubes in the same bowl. and place paneer bowl and veggie plate in the fridge for
one hour.
take out marinated paneer and veggies after an hour.
heat 1 tsp oil i a non-stick pan.
put veggies in it and roast on low flame until veggies are crisp. take them out in a dish.
put more oil in the same pan and shallow fry marinated paneer.
mix paneer and veggies. sprinkle some chaat masala if you like.
it'll taste exactly like the tandoori one. LOVE IT...

chocolate cake (in microwave)


ingredients-
4 eggs
1cup all purpose flour/maida
1cup drinking chocolate
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup refined oil

recipe-
beat eggs and sugar well until sugar dissolves.
add maida. chocolate powder and baking powder.
mix well.
add refined oil and beat for 2 mins.
grease a deep dish or place butter paper in the dish (you can use Italian cake mould as i do)
pour your cake batter into it.
place this dish in microwave and cook at 180 degree for 15 mins.
switch off microwave.
let it stand for 2-3 in microwave. 
demould your cake and serve.

VEGGIE PIZZA (in electric tandoor)


INGREDIENTS-
2 pizza base
1 onion (rings)
1 tomato (rings)
1 capsicum (rings)
1/2 cup paneer small cubes
2 tbsp ketchup
salt, red chilly powder
chat masala
mozzerella

recipe-
pre heat tandoor for 3-4 mins
mix ketchup, salt and chilly powder.
spread this ketchup on pizza base.
put onion rings, capsicum, tomato and paneer cubes.
put mozzerella on to the pizza.
place it in tandoor.
cook for 3-4 mins . check if the crust is crispy and cheese is bubbly and brown.if not, bake it for another 1 min.
Sprinkle chat masala.

Serve hot with french fries and soft drink.



rabri


ingredients--
1 kg milk
1 tsp custard powder
3 tsp sugar
2 tsp almond flakes
1/2 tsp cardamon powder

recipe--
boil milk on low flame until its thick and reduce to 1/4th consistancy.
add sugar, custerd powder and cardemon powder.
cook until sugar melts down.
turn off gas. sprinkle almond flakes. let it cook and refrigerate.
enjoy it cool.

stuffed semolina/rawa omelet with Khatti Daal

this recipe in inspired from HIMACHALI  THEPLU and DOSA
'
ingredients-
for Khatti Daal-
1 cup yellow (Split moong) daal
1 onion chopped
1 big tomato chopped
2 tsp tamarind syrup
salt, cumin seeds, aamchoor, red pepper, turmeric
oil.
For omelet-
1 Cup rawa
salt, pepper, turmeric
ajwain
2 boiled, mashed potato
1 small onion chopped.

Recipe-
boil daal along with salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder in 3 1/2 cups water.
heat oil in a pan.and make tadka with onion, tomato, salt, pepper, cumin ,1/2 tsp aamchoor, and tamarind syrup. mix this tadka in daal. Keep dal aside.

Take another pan. heat 1 tsp oil. put chopped onion, fry them . add salt, turmeric, ajwain and pepper. add mashed potato and mix well. Turn Gas off. keep aside.

take rawa in a bowl. add salt and ajwain(oregano). make a thin batter (runny than dosa batter) with water.

Take a non-stick pan.grease with oil. pour your batter in pan. cook on medium flame. flip to other side.
stuff potato msala and fold it like a DOSA.

enjoy with daal and ketchup.

chinese vEgGiE kAtHi RoLL


ingredients-
maida-atta mix chapatis
1/2  cauliflower
half cup beans
1 chopped capsicum
2 green chillies (chopped)
half cup mashed cottage cheese (paneer)
1 onion sliced
1 garlic chopped
1 tsp corn flour
soya sauce and tomato ketchup
salt
oil


recipe-
cut cauliflower into pieces and boil them for few mins.
heat oil in a pan.
add onion and saute.
put all the veggies , green chillies,  salt and stir fry.
add little amount of both soya sauce and tomato ketchup. mix well
dissolve corn flour in one cup cold water and add it in the veggies.
cook till water dries off and veggies are soft.add mashed paneer and mix.
take  chapatis. put a nice amount in each chapati. fold them to make rolls.
ROLL these in silver foil and have the pleasure of eating.
NOTE- THE CHAPATIS SHOULD BE THIN THAN ROUTINE ONES.

Lemony Murmura Masala


ingredients-
1 small bowl- puffed rice (murmura)
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green chilly
10-15 peanuts
salt, sugar, chat msala
tomato ketchup
half lemon
oil
recipe-
heat half tsp oil in a pan.
add onion and let them change colour.add green chilly and very small amount of sugar.mix it thoroughly
add peanuts, salt, a tsp ketchup and chat msala mix well.
add murmura, mix well n take out on a plate
squeeze lemon on the dish n enjoy.

yummy Chapati Noodles (without noodles)


This dish is a perfect solution to the mums who want to feed their kids with something healthy. its a clever way to make your kids eat chapatis and vegetables without any tension.
ingredients-
2 chapatis (crisp)
1 onion (rings)
1 capsicum (finely sliced)
(You can use more veggies if you like such as peas/beans/ carrots etc. )
small amount of boiled chickpeas or sprouted beans
salt and pepper
tomato ketchup

recipe-
 cut both chapati into thin long strips.
take a non stick pan.
heat a small amount of oil in it.
put onion rings and capsicum. stir fry.
when onion and capsicum are done, add bean/ chickpeas.Saute'.
cook all the above ingredients after adding salt and pepper.
add a spoonful of tomato ketchup and mix well.
at the end add chapati strips and saute again. turn off gas. take your dish out in a plate.

potato omelette (without egg)


ingredients-
4 potatoes - boiled and mashed
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
salt, pepper, dry mint leaves, oregano seeds.
1 tsp oil
tomato ketchup

recipe-

mix all spices in mashed potatoes and mix well.
take a non stick pan or tawa.
grease it with very little oil.
take half amount of mashed potatoes.
put it on the tawa in the shape of a chapati by pressing with hand.
put this pan on the medium flame.
let this omelette crisp from one side. meanwhile put onion and tomato on the half side of omelette.
check the crispyness of the bottom. if u find it well. fold it..
carefully take out on a plate and enjoy it with tomato ketchup and tea./ coffee.

saucy Fried rice


ingredients-
1 bowl boiled rice
1 sliced capsicum
1 sliced onion
small amount of green peas
1 chopped spring onion
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp chilly sauce
salt
1. 1/2 tbs oil.
coriander to garnish.

recipe-
heat oil in a pan. put peas in it n let then cook.
when peas are cooked. add onion, spring onion and capsicum.
stir fry. add salt,all soya sauce, chilly sauce and ketchup n mix well.
put boiled rice and mix well.
garnish with coriander leaves. enjoy with any kind of raita or Manchurian.



roasted snack (POHA NAMKEEN)

love eating namkeen!!!!!!. but scared of fats. check out the perfect option and enjoy....

 
INGREDIENTS-
1 bowl- poha/ flattened rice
10-15 peanuts
1 chopped onion
2 tsp tamarind syrup
1 chopped green chilly
salt
small amount of sugar
1 tsp oil

recipe-
take a non stick pan.
heat 1 tsp of oil. add chopped onoin and green chilly. n stir till onions gets crispy.
add peanuts and mix.
add salt and sugar and mix it well.
add poha n roast it till it become crispy.
put tamarind syrup in it . mix it and roast  again for a while.
take this namkeen out in a dish and enjoy with hot tea or coffee.

To make it more interesting you can add 1 tsp of aloo bhujiya or 2-3 crushed chips.

crisp fried Arbi

many people don't like arbi especially kids but arbi can also be made interesting without much effort.
try this recipe. hope that kids will like it too.

ingredients-
1/2 kg arbi
2 onions finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
salt, red chilly powder and turmeric.(to taste)
1/4 spoon garam msala
oil for frying and cooking.
lemon juice of one lemon
recipe-
peel and cut arbi in thin round slices.
wash the slices  and dry off.
deep fry these slices and set aside.
heat 1 tbs oil in a deep pan.
put chopped onions. fry till golden drown.
add tomatoes and cook.
add dry herbs and cook  . you can add a small amount of water too. but the gravy should be thick.
now add fried arbi to the gravy. mix well and cook for 3 mins on low flame.
switch off gas and add lemon juice to the dish. enjoy with Dal and chapati.

aamchoor bhindi


ingredients-
1/2 kg- bhindi (lady finger)
3 onions
salt and red chilly powder ( to taste)
1/4 spoon turmeric powder
1/2 spoon Aamchoor (dry mango powder)
1 tbs oil

recipe-
wash and dry bhindis.
cut each bhindi into two pieces lengthwise.cut onions into thin slices.
heat up oil in a pan.
put onions and let them turn golden brown.
put all dry msalas n mix well.
add bhindi and cook it on medium flame.
cook it till done but do not soften down much.
your aamchoor bhindi is done.

MATAR MSALA PAV


Ingredients-
1 bowl- green peas
1 capsicum (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
10 peanuts
salt and red pepper
1 tsp Tomato sauce
1 tbs oil
4 pav

(serves two)

RECIPE-
heat oil in a pan.
put chopped onion, chopped capsicum and peas.
add a small amount of water.
cook well until soft. add peanuts .
add salt, pepper and toamto sauce . mix well. switch off flame.
cut the pav from middle but one side should be joint.
heat tawa or non stick pan.
bake pavs from both the sides until crisp.

spread matar masala mixture on lower piece of pav and cover it with the upper piece.
do the same with other pavs too.
top it with peanut halves.

VEGETARIAN keema kathi rolls


ingredients--
1 cup all purpose flour( maida)
1/2 cup wheat flour
oil
1 cup soya granules (nutri keema) 
1 chopped capsicum
1 chopped onion
soya sauce
tomato ketchup
salt, dry mint leaves, red chilly powder according to taste.
processed cheese
recipe-
mix both flours into a bowl.
add salt and 2 tsp oil and knead it with water.
make thin chapatis out of this dough. set aside.
boil soya granules in salted water for 7 mins. drain water.
heat oil in a pan.
add  chopped onion and capsuicum and cook.
add salt, mint leaves, chilly powder and mix well.
put boiled soya granules and cook till done. add soya sauce and tomato ketchup and mix.
take chapati put a spoon ful of this keema  and roll the chapati.
spread some cheese on the edges od roll .it will help the roll to stick. make more rolls .
place a tawa or a non stick pan on medium heat.
place keema rolls on the pan . n cook till cheese melts down.
eat these keema rolls with tea or coffee.

Double delight prantha


(this dish is inspired from Mexican quesadilla)

ingredients-
1 cup all purpose flour( maida)
1/2 cup wheat flour
oil
oregano seeds
1/2 cup paneer/cottage cheese (mashed)
finely chopped onion
salt
red chilly powder
tomato ketchup
shredded mozzarella cheese

recipe-
mix both flours into a bowl.
add oregano seeds, salt and 2 tsp oil and knead it with water.
make small semi cooked chapatis out of this dough.  roll chapatis into a muslin cloth and place in fridge for 2 hours.
take another bowl mix mashed paneer, chopped onions , salt and chilly powder . mix well. you can add other herbs of your choice.
take a chapati, apply a this layer of tomato ketchup on it. put some shredded cheese over the ketchup and then put a spoon full of paneer mixture. again some shredded cheese and cover it with another chpati.
place a non stick pan on low flame. put few drops of oli in the pan and bake the chapati from both the sides.
cut this into two pieces and enjoy eating.

crispy Lentil Nuggets.(INDIAN STYLE)


Ingredients-
1/2 bowl chana dal (chickpeas lentil)
2 BOILED potatoes
2 spoon all purpose flour
2 spoon corn flour
1/2 bowl corn flakes
cooking oil
 salt and red pepper
recipe-
Soak chana dal overnight and boil it to 2 whistles.
mash potatoes and mix chana dal in it. add salt and red pepper.
make small balls of this mixture. set aside.
mix all purpose flour with corn flour.add small amount of water in it to make a tHick syrup.
in another bowl crush corn flakes nicely.
press each mixture ball with hand and give it a flat shape.
coat each of this with flour syrup and then with corn flakes.
cover them with a muslin cloth and leave nuggets in the freezer for one hour.
shallow fry these frozen nuggets on low flame.
Serve HOT.

Instant Tawa (pan) pizza



Ingredients-
4 bread slices
1 tomato (round slices)
1 onion (round slices)
2 tbs ketchup
salt and red chilly powder
pizza cheese (shredded)
black pepper

RECIPE-
Mix salt and red chilly powder in ketchup.
heat a tawa or non stick PAN.
spread ketchup on each bread slice.
put onion and tomato on bread.
put shredded cheese on each slice.
place bread slices on the tawa/pan.
keep the flame low. it 'll help bread slices to get crispy.
.cover the pan with a deep lid.
cheak after every minute if cheese melts. switch off the flame.
garnish with some black pepper.
enjoy instant pizza.

creamy soya Rice


                        
INGREDIENTS-
2 CUPS RICE
half cup soya chunks
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbs fresh cream (malai)
salt
red chilly powder
garam msala
1 tbs oil

recipe-
soak rice in water. set aside
boil soya chunks in water for 2 mins and set aside.
heat oil in a pan.
put onions and stir fry until golden brown.
add ginger garlic paste and mix.
add tomato and cook for 2 mins.
add all dry msalas and mix well.
now put cream and mix it really well.
now drain water from soya chunks and put them in the pan.
let them cook and mix with other ingredients for 2 mins.
now add rice and 4 cups of water (double the quantity of rice) and cover with a lid.
cook rice on low flame until water dries off.
your creamy soya rice are ready.
these rice are very filling and can be eaten as a one dish meal along with some Raita.

Tangy mint RICE.


INGREDIENTS-
one small bowl Rice
one onion finely chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
one tomato mashed
oregano seeds 1/2 tsp
2 cardamon
garam msala/ dry herbs 1/2 tsp
dry mint leaves 1/2 tsp
salt and degi mirch/ chilly sauce
oil

recipe-
wash rice 3-4 times.soak them in two bowls of water. keep aside
heat 2 tbs oil in a kadai/ PAN. put oregano seeds , dry mint leaves and chopped onion.stir fry.
add ginger garlic paste.
add mashed tomato, cardamon, garam msala/ dry herbs, salt and degi mirchi/ chilly sauce
mix well and cook until tomato gets tender.
put rice along with the water in which they were soaked. cook with a lid on low flame till water dries off.
serve Hot.

YUMMY POTATO WEDGES


INGREDIENTS=
4 Potatoes peeled and diced
salt
red chilly powder
mango powder- half tsp
dry mint leaves= 1 tsp
corn flour- 1 teaspoon
all purpose flour- 3 tsp
oil

recipe=
boil diced potatoes for 3 mins.
drain water, sprinkle few drops of oil on potatoes. keep aside.
take a bowl. put all dry ingredients in it.
now put potatoes pieces in it. these ingredients will stick to potatoes.
sprinkle few drops of water and mix.
now heat oil in a pan. and fry potatoes on low flame.
yummy potato wedges are ready. best as an evening tea snack or a starter.

Paneer Makhni (butter paneer)


ingredients-
250 gm paneer
1 ONION finely chopped
2 tomatoes (mashed)
2 cardamons
cumin seeds
salt, red chilly powder
1 tsp garam msala
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup fresh cream
2 tsp butter
dry mint leaves

Recipe-
cut paneer in cubes. fry them and set aside.
place a pan on gas. heat butter.
put cumin seeds and let them splutter.
put carademon and mint leaves.
put chopped onion. stir fry until golden brown.
add ginger garlic paste and stir fry.
add mashed tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins.
add salt,garam masala and  red chilly powder.mix well.
add fried paneer cubes.
put small amount of water and cook for 2 mins with a cover.
add cream, mix well and cover again. cook for 2-3 mins on low flame.
paneer makhni is ready. have it with lachha prantha or garlic naan.

Leftover Tawa sandwich



Ingredients=
4 bread slices
leftover sabzi (I used Aloo ghobhi)
mayonnaise
ketchup
oil

recipe-
take a bread slice. spread tomato ketchup on the slice.
spread your leftover sabzi on the ketchup and then spread a spoonful of mayonnaise.
cover it with another slice.
heat a TAWA. put few drops of oil.
cook the sandwich from both the sides on low flame so that the bread become a little crispy.
your yummy sandwich is ready in NO TIME.

JALEBI


INGREDIENTS-
2 cups- all purpose flour (Maida)
1 tsp- baking powder
edible colour - a pinch
1 1/2 cup - sugar
5- cardamon
Oil
water

RECIPE--
mix maida and baking powder. add 1 1/2 water and make a batter. there should be no lumps.
keep aside batter for 4-5 hours.
make sugar syrup with cardamon,sugar and equal quantity of water.

check consistancy. batter should neither be thick nor runny.
put the batter in plastic ketchup bottle.

heat oil in a kadai.
make jalebi shapes in hot oil with the help of ketchup bottle. but the flame should be low.
put jalebis in sugar syrup for 1 min.
serve hot.

Bread n Bhaji


ingredients-
(serve- 4)
potatoes- 3 (boiled and mashed)
green peas- half cup
capsicum-2
cauliflower- half
onions- 2 medium (chopped)
tomatoes- 4 medium (mashed)
green chillies- 4
garlic flakes- 2 (crushed)
ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
pav bhaji masala- 1.5 tsp
vinegar- 1/2 tsp
butter-100 grams
salt
garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Red edible colour- a pinch
bread slices- 8

recipe-

 boil cauliflower, peas and capsicum.
drain water. blend it a bit with hand blender.
heat oil in pan. put crushed garlic flakes and chopped onions. stir fry till golden brown.
add ginger garlic paste and cook.
add mashed tomatoes and cook for 2 mins.
put salt, green chillies, garam masala, edible colour, vinegar and pav bhaji masala. mix well.
add mashed potatoes and veggies and mix thoroughly.
slow down the flame. 
put small amount of butter and mash with potato masher.
repeat this action 3 times. mash till all the ingredients mix well.
put a cup of water. cover with a lid. cook on low flame for 2-3 mins.

meanwhile roast bread slices with the butter on a tawa.
serve your yummy dish with mint chutney and onion rings.



Yummy Pasta

ingredients-

half packet- PASTA
1 onion
1 capsicum
1 tomato
1 green chilly
half teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
salt
Oregano seeds (ajwain)
oil

Recipe-
put water in a pan, add few drops of oil and pinch of salt.
boil pasta in this water.

cut capsicum and onion in rings.
heat oil in a pan. put oregano seeds and let them splutter.
add capsicum and onion rings. saute for 3 mins.
put ginger garlic paste and cook.
add mashed tomato,salt and chopped green chilly. cook for a while.
check tenderness, add boiled pasta, mix it well and cover it with lid.
turn off flame. leave it on gas for a while.
serve hot with ketchup or mayonnaise.

Stuffed potato (Baked)

ingredients---
potato- 4
lemon juice- 1tsp
salt
chopped onion- 1
boiled green peas- half a bowl
chopped tomato -1
1 green chilly
mozzarell cheese
oil
ketchup


Recipe--

peel potatoes, cut them into 2 pieces lengthwise , scoop them.
take a bowl full of chilled water. put your scooped potatoes in the water. keep aside for two hours.
after two hours, drain water and dry your potatoes.
mix lamon juice and salt.
grease potatoes with lemon juice from inside and outside.
bake them in microwave for 10-15 mins.
Meanwhile turn on the gas.
Stir fry boiled peas, green chilly ,chopped onion and tomato in 2tsp oil.
add salt and mix well.
fill this mixture in your baked potatoes, put some grated mozzarella upon the mixture.
bake the stuffed potatoes for 2 more mins.
enjoy your stuffed potatoes with ketchup.

shahi pulao

ingredients--
1 bowl boiled rice
2 tbs cooking oil
half tsp cumin seeds
small amount of green peas
1 bowl chopped vegetables (beans, carrot, capsicum, onion)
small amount of cashews
one chopped tomato
half tsp soy sauce
salt, red chilly powder according to taste
half tsp pulao msala

Recipe--

heat oil in a kadai. put cumin seeds and let them crack.
put peas and chopped veggies and saute for 5-6 mins.
add tomatoes and cook for a while.
put cashews, salt, red chilly powder, pulao masala and soy sauce and mix well.
add boiled rice, mix well and cook for a while.
delicious pulao is ready.

Semolina fritters (rawa pakoda)


ingredients--

3 tbs semolina (rawa/suji)
1 tsp corn flour
1 tbs curd
1 onion
edible colour (optional)
half bowl peanuts
1 tsp oregano seeds (ajwain)
salt, red chilly powder
water
cooking oil

Recipe---
soak peanuts in water for 10 mins.
Take a bowl, put suji (semolina), corn flour and curd in a bowl.
chop onions and put it in the bowl.
add soaked peanuts in the mixture, add salt, chilly and oregano and mix well.
add little amount of water and make a semi thick barter.
heat oil in a pan.
put your barter in the heated oil with the help of a spoon.
deep fry d fritters on low flame.
enjoy with ketchup or chutney.
