creamy soya Rice


                        
INGREDIENTS-
2 CUPS RICE
half cup soya chunks
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbs fresh cream (malai)
salt
red chilly powder
garam msala
1 tbs oil

recipe-
soak rice in water. set aside
boil soya chunks in water for 2 mins and set aside.
heat oil in a pan.
put onions and stir fry until golden brown.
add ginger garlic paste and mix.
add tomato and cook for 2 mins.
add all dry msalas and mix well.
now put cream and mix it really well.
now drain water from soya chunks and put them in the pan.
let them cook and mix with other ingredients for 2 mins.
now add rice and 4 cups of water (double the quantity of rice) and cover with a lid.
cook rice on low flame until water dries off.
your creamy soya rice are ready.
these rice are very filling and can be eaten as a one dish meal along with some Raita.
