250gms Gram flour (Besan)
1cup Curd
1tsp Ginger (paste)
Salt to taste
1tsp Eno fruit salt
1 Lemon juice
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1 bowl onion, tomato, capsicum(finely chopped)
cumin seeds (bhuna jeera) to garnish
recipe
- add gram flour (besan), Curd and water to make a thick batter
- Add salt and set aside for 2 hours covered with a lid.
- mix ginger paste, salt , lemon juice and turmeric to the barter
- add eno fruit salt and mix well
- put the barter in all the parts of idli stand
- put some of the chopped vegetables on each part.
- cook it for 3 to 4 mins in microwave.
- garnish it with bhuna zeera
- eat it with tamarind chuttny or tomato ketchup...
